Scope of the Meeting:
The aim is to gather experimentalists and theorists investigating various aspects of strong-interaction physics. The number of participants is limited to 70. Sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The program will consist of invited talks and selected contributions.
Recent developments in the following fields will be discussed:
- modern nuclear structure and its relation to QCD
- hadron physics with hadronic and electromagnetic probes
- synthesis of elements and compact stars
- heavy-ion collisions at the highest energies
