In order to arrange the transportation from the airport in Palermo or Trapani to Erice and to reserve the rooms in Erice, the "Ettore Majorana Foundation and Centre for Scientific Culture" (EMFSCS) needs your exact arrival and departure information (times and flight numbers, accompanying persons, etc.). To provide this information we ask you to use the following web link, which will be open until August 20 (deadline).
If you do not fill in the form by August 20, we will assume that you do not come and cancel your participation.
The default arrival and departure days are September 16 and September 22, respectively. On these days there will be busses or cars from/to the airports in Palermo and Trapani to/from Erice, which you can use without extra charge. We recommend that on September 16 you arrive not later than in the late afternoon or early evening, so that you still can have dinner in Erice. However, in principle there are no time constraints as long as you arrive or depart on the default days.
The busses will be arranged by the EMFCSC according to your arrival and departure information. Note that they will not send you a confirmation. However, they are very experienced and it always worked well in the past. When you arrive at the airport, just go to the arival hall and look for a person with a sign "Erice". Transportation to the airport on September 22 will be organized during your stay in Erice.
