Scope of the meeting

The aim of the workshop is to assemble experimentalists and theorists doing research on multiparticle resonances. Recent developments in the following fields will be discussed:

  • Extraction of hadron resonance properties
    • finite volume effects for hadron (resonances) and lattice QCD
    • three-body systems in a finite volume
    • extraction of resonance properties from experiment and simulations
  • Few-neutron resonances and continuum effects in nuclear physics
    • extraction of resonances and their properties: finite volume and alternative techniques
    • 3n and 4n resonances: status in theory and experiment
    • inclusion of continuum effects in few- and many-body calculations
  • Ultracold atoms in confinement
    • modification of few- and many-body systems in confinement
    • extraction of continuum properties from trapped systems
    • effective theories for confined systems
